Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn, cooked
  • ½ cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine corn, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and turkey bacon.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooled pasta to the vegetable mixture, then pour the dressing over and toss to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
