Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into rounds.
- In a bowl, mix the zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the zucchini on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the zucchini is tender and the cheese is golden brown.

- For a crispier texture, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end.
