- 2 medium zucchinis
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchinis to create zoodles.
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and sauté garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 minute.
- Add zoodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until just tender.
- Stir in crumbled turkey bacon and parmesan cheese, mixing well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve immediately.
Notes
- For a vegan option, skip the turkey bacon and cheese.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or cherry tomatoes.
