Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini with sugars and oil until well mixed.
- Add the eggs, mixing until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the greased pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before frosting.
