Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the butter and sugar in a large bowl.
- Add in eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in the white chocolate chips and crushed peppermint candies.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
