- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and diced cucumber.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Fold the yogurt mixture into the chicken and cucumber until well combined.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add chopped red onion or bell peppers.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce or in pita bread.
