- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the sausage and cook until browned.
- Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the spinach and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the spinach is wilted and the cheese is melted.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
