Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sausage and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Stir in the garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
- Add the diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix in the spinach and cooked pasta, stirring until combined.
- Serve topped with grated parmesan cheese.
