- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 package phyllo pastry sheets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the turkey bacon, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- Lay out one phyllo sheet on a clean surface and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Layer another phyllo sheet on top and repeat the oil brushing.
- Cut the layered phyllo into squares and place a spoonful of the turkey bacon mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the phyllo over the filling and pinch to seal. Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- These bites can be made a day ahead and baked just before serving.
- Add your favorite herbs for extra flavor.
