- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices chicken ham
- 2 ounces cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, scramble the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Slice the croissants in half and toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes.
- Assemble the sandwich by spreading mayonnaise, adding layers of turkey bacon, chicken ham, eggs, cheddar cheese, and avocado.
- Close the sandwich and serve warm.
