Ingredients

- 1 bunch kale
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and reduce heat to low. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the chopped kale and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the turkey bacon and season with salt to taste.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
- Can be served as a side or main dish.
