- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup corn
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a large pot until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot, cooking until translucent.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, beans, corn, taco seasoning, and chicken broth.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Chop the cooked turkey bacon and add it back into the pot before serving.

- This soup can be served with tortilla chips for added crunch.
