- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can corn
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the chicken ham and cook for a few minutes.
- Add black beans, corn, chicken broth, and taco seasoning. Stir well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
