Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on a sheet pan and pour the butter mixture over them.
- Arrange lemon slices on top of the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
