Instructions
- Slice the flank steak thinly against the grain.
- Toss the beef in cornstarch until well coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the beef until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
- Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar, then cook until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
