- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Cook until beef is browned.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a boil.
- Add egg noodles and cook until noodles are tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and crumbled turkey bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For a richer flavor, add a splash of red wine while cooking the beef.
- Serve it topped with fresh parsley for added color and freshness.
