- 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix with the sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the BBQ sauce overnight.
- Serve on buns for BBQ sandwiches.
