Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together the oil and eggs until well combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the grated carrots, crushed pineapples, and walnuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before removing from the pan.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg.
- This cake can be frosted with cream cheese frosting for added sweetness.
