Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large baking dish, layer the yams.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and orange juice.
- Pour the mixture over the yams.
- Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes, basting occasionally.
