Instructions
- Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine brown rice, chicken, broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots.
- Drizzle the peanut sauce over the bowl and toss to combine.
- Top with green onions before serving.
