- 4 slices Texas toast
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken ham, chopped
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread olive oil on each slice of Texas toast.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly on the Texas toast.
- Layer chopped turkey bacon and chicken ham on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add your choice of vegetables as toppings.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
