- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream and ranch seasoning.
- Place chicken in a baking dish, spread the sour cream mixture over the top, and sprinkle with jack cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
