- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, garlic, and ginger.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, then pour it over the meatballs.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped bell peppers to the crockpot.
- These meatballs can be served over rice or on skewers.
