- 1 package strawberry pop-tarts
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 1 package pie crusts (two crusts)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
- Spread the strawberry jam on the bottom of the crust.
- Add the chopped strawberries on top of the jam.
- Crush the pop-tarts and sprinkle them over the strawberries.
- Top with the second pie crust, seal the edges, and make slits on top for ventilation.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the glaze.
- Allow the pie to cool, then drizzle with glaze before serving.
Notes
- This pie can be served warm or cold.
- Feel free to substitute other flavors of pop-tarts if desired.
