- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Warm the milk and butter until melted, then mix with the dry ingredients.
- Add the egg and knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Roll out the dough and spread cream cheese on top.
- Sprinkle the chopped strawberries and powdered sugar over the cream cheese.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and allow to rise again for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
