- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Marinate the chicken wings in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Arrange the marinated wings on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, basting with the marinade halfway through. Optional: thicken remaining marinade with cornstarch and water, cooking until bubbly for serving.

- Serve with extra pineapple slices for decoration.
