- 200 grams beef strips
- 250 grams rice noodles
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and add garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add beef strips to the pan and cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Add red bell pepper and chili flakes, cooking until the pepper is tender.
- Toss in cooked noodles and mix well to coat.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add more chili flakes.
- You can substitute beef with chicken or tofu for a different protein.
