- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, place the chicken thighs and cover them with BBQ sauce.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Layer the cooked rice on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese and green onions on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
