- 1 pound chicken thighs
- 8 ounces noodles
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken thighs and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Add balsamic vinegar and cook until it thickens slightly.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and add mixed vegetables. Stir well to combine.
- Serve over noodles and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate in balsamic vinegar for an hour before cooking.
