Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, milk, salt, and oil to create a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and pour in batter to form crepes. Cook until golden on both sides.
  3. In another pan, sauté spinach and mushrooms until tender. Add shredded chicken and mix.
  4. Fill each crepe with the chicken and vegetable mixture and fold.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with herbs as desired.
