- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Spread a layer of the spinach and artichoke mixture on each triangle.
- Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end.
- Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding red pepper flakes to the filling.
- These pinwheels can be served warm or at room temperature.
