Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, and turkey bacon until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and slice them into pinwheels.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon.
- These pinwheels can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
