- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 package soft pretzel dough
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- coarse salt for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Roll out the pretzel dough into small circles and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the stuffed pretzels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse salt.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

- These pretzels are best served warm.
- Dip in marinara or ranch dressing for added flavor.
