- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
- vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
- Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix diced tuna with soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha.
- Shape cooled rice into rectangular patties.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and fry rice patties until golden and crispy.
- Top each crispy rice patty with a spoonful of the spicy tuna mixture.
- Add slices of avocado and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

- Adjust the amount of sriracha to taste for desired spice level.
