- 2 cups sushi rice
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 pound fresh salmon
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
Instructions
- Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
- While the rice cooks, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the salmon with mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce until well combined.
- Once the rice is done, spread it in a baking dish and drizzle rice vinegar over it.
- Layer the salmon mixture on top of the rice.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with nori strips.
Notes
- This dish is best served warm and can be made ahead of time.
- Adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
