  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips

Instructions

  1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
  2. While the rice cooks, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. In a bowl, mix the salmon with mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce until well combined.
  4. Once the rice is done, spread it in a baking dish and drizzle rice vinegar over it.
  5. Layer the salmon mixture on top of the rice.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden.
