  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 pound cooked salmon, flaked
  • 4 sheets nori, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine sushi rice and water; bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and sriracha, then fold in the flaked salmon.
  4. Once the rice is cooked, spread it evenly in a greased baking dish.
  5. Layer the salmon mixture on top of the rice.
  6. Sprinkle nori strips, sesame seeds, and green onions over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
