- 1 pound sushi rice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 pound cooked salmon, flaked
- 4 sheets nori, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine sushi rice and water; bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and sriracha, then fold in the flaked salmon.
- Once the rice is cooked, spread it evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Layer the salmon mixture on top of the rice.
- Sprinkle nori strips, sesame seeds, and green onions over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- For added flavor, try mixing in some avocado or cucumber.
- Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
