  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon furikake seasoning
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse and cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce until combined.
  4. Place the cooked rice in a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Layer the salmon fillet over the rice, then drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  6. Spread the mayo-sriracha mixture over the salmon.
  7. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with green onions and furikake seasoning.
  9. Serve warm with nori strips.

Notes

  • You can substitute tuna or shrimp for the salmon if desired.
  • Adjust the spiciness of the dish by adding more or less sriracha.
