- 400 grams spaghetti
- 6 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet and sauté until the garlic is golden brown.
- Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the garlic oil.
- Mix well and sauté for another minute.
- Remove from heat, add the chopped parsley and salt to taste, and mix again.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.

- For a vegetarian option, ensure that the spaghetti is made without egg.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of garlic and red pepper flakes to suit your taste.
