  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add sliced chicken and season with paprika and cumin. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  4. Add corn and bell peppers; cook until heated through.
  5. Toss the cooked fettuccine into the skillet and mix well to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
