- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 6 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, celery, red onion, and pickle relish.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and mix until well combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
