- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup crushed Snickers bars
- 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream and crushed Snickers bars until evenly distributed.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Allow to cool.
- Drizzle caramel and chocolate sauces on top before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
- Chill the cheesecake overnight for better texture.
