Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Add the mixed greens and cook until wilted.
- Pour in the heavy cream and add smoked paprika; stir to combine.
- Season with salt and black pepper, then stir in the crumbled bacon.
- Simmer for a few minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
- Serve warm.
