- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Mix the ground beef with taco seasoning and cook until browned.
- On half of each tortilla, layer cheese, beef, tomatoes, onions, and additional cheese.
- Fold the tortillas over to form a quesadilla.
- Cook in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve with sour cream.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add jalapenos or avocado.
- Serve with salsa for a delightful dip.
