- 3 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Season the beef chuck roast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Place the seasoned roast in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour the mixture over the roast in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 8 hours, or until the beef is fork-tender.
- Once cooked, shred the beef using two forks and mix in barbecue sauce.
- Serve on buns or with your preferred sides.
