- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 ounces pasta of your choice
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Pour the Alfredo sauce and chicken broth over the chicken.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir in the spinach and pasta.
- Cover and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh ingredients.
- This dish can also be made with whole wheat or gluten-free pasta.
