Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the heavy cream, chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.

  5. Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks.
  6. Add the pasta and spinach to the slow cooker, and stir to combine.
  7. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and mix everything together.
  8. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
