  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package gnocchi (16 oz)
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, add the chicken breasts and olive oil.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and add carrots, celery, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  4. Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
  5. Add the gnocchi and spinach, and let it cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and garnish with parsley before serving.
