- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the shredded chicken, enchilada sauce, diced onions, and black beans.
- Mix well and place a layer of corn tortillas on top.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese and chopped cilantro.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
