- 1 pound tater tots
- 8 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 8 ounces chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy then add onions and garlic; sauté until onions are translucent.
- Mix in the chicken ham and mixed vegetables, cooking until heated through.
- In a baking dish, combine the turkey bacon mixture with sour cream and half of the shredded cheese.
- Top the mixture with tater tots and the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, omit the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
- Feel free to add your favorite seasonings for an extra flavor boost.
