- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces linguine or spaghetti
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
- 1 lemon juice and zest
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the linguine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the white wine or chicken broth and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the lemon juice, zest, and parsley. Stir to combine.
- In a large baking dish, combine the cooked pasta, shrimp mixture, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Toss well.
- Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a dash of white wine or lemon juice when serving.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or tomatoes to the dish.
