  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
  • 1 lemon juice and zest
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the linguine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the white wine or chicken broth and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Add the lemon juice, zest, and parsley. Stir to combine.
  7. In a large baking dish, combine the cooked pasta, shrimp mixture, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Toss well.
  8. Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese and bake for 18-20 minutes.
